1-2 lbs of medium or large shrimp
Vegetable or olive oil for frying
1 cup Jabba’s Hot and Sweet BBQ & Dipping Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup water
1 cup flour
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel, devein, then salt and pepper shrimp. Beat egg and water, then pour evenly over shrimp. Heat oil in skillet to 325-350 degrees. Shake shrimp in flour until completely coated. Fry in small batches to allow shrimp to remain crispy. Drain on paper towel briefly. Place all fried shrimp in a casserole dish, pour on Jabba’s Hot and Sweet BBQ & Dipping Sauce and let cook for 10-15 minutes to allow shrimp to glaze over. Remove from oven and enjoy!
