Egg Rolls with Hot & Sweet Duck Sauce


  • 1 package egg roll wrappers (17-21)

  • ½ lb rolled sausage pork or turkey

  • 1 16 oz package shredded cabbage

  • 2 tsps ground ginger

  • ½ lb shrimp peeled and deveined

  • Duck Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup Jabba’s Hot and Sweet BBQ & Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ½ tsp ginger

  • ¼ cup honey



Sauté shrimp in a tsp of oil until done. Brown and drain sausage then combine with shrimp, cabbage and ground ginger. Toss over low heat for 1 minute. Allow to cool. Wrap egg rolls according to instructions on package and fry in 1 cup of oil until golden brown. Duck Sauce: Combine Jabba’s Hot and Sweet BBQ & Dipping Sauce, ketchup, honey, brown sugar and ginger thoroughly whisk to make duck sauce.
